Starting a business?

Starting a business appeal to me. I tried with the coworking space but I didn’t get any traction in my small town.

I was out of motivation about most things for a while but now I am back, feeling that starting something new would be a good thing.

But what to do? I listened to Naval’s advice, getting modern forms of leverage, mostly throught code... As I know programming very well, it make even more sense for me.

The main problem I have with code is that as it’s often a winner take all, that mean that most time you get nothing. That was my experience with my startup. All the code, working and thinking that amount to almost no result at the end.

There is a Twitter account that I follow about that: sweety startups, he use boring market and sprinkle a bit of simple tech (management system, CRM, emails, outsourcing, etc.) He seen a lot of groth in self storage and other similar ’boring’ business.

What could be such a business for me that wouldn’t restric my freedom? We tought about a system for successions where people can auction the valuables of the house in a fair way without having to speend soo much time in back and forth.
